Job Responsibilities :

1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

2. Portfolio Management: Offer expert advice on diverse investment opportunities, asset allocation, and strategies to optimize clients' wealth while ensuring risk management.

3. Asset and Wealth Planning: Collaborate with clients to create customized financial plans, considering estate planning, tax optimization, and other wealth preservation strategies.

4. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and investment products to provide timely insights and investment recommendations.

5. Business Development: Proactively acquire new Ultra HNI clients and expand the existing client base through referrals and networking.

6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while handling client transactions and providing financial advice.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and investment advisors, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

8. Performance Reporting: Regularly review and evaluate clients' portfolios, providing performance reports and recommendations for adjustments as required.

Job Requirement s:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

2. Proven track record of 15+ years of successful experience in wealth management, catering to Ultra HNI clients.

3. Expertise in handling AUM between 200-300 crores and experience with AFPMS (Alternative Investment Funds).

4. In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Demonstrated business development acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities for business growth.

8. Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

9. Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical standards in the financial industry.
