ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT

Job Description:

1. End to End – Client Relationship Management - advising as per risk profile of the client.

2. Handling a book size of at least 100 - 200+ cr of AUM from Ultra HNI clients with the expectation that in the first 8 – 10 months they will move at least 50% of AUM. Generating a minimum of Rs 5 – 50 Lakh+ revenue in the 1st full year of operation.

3. Thorough knowledge of all capital market products for HNI’s, with a proven capability of working with the clients to service their needs related to these products.

4. Will work within the boundaries of our business model using expertise of the product group and complying with requirements and processes in place for Private Wealth Team.

5. Great ideation skills to structure deals as per client needs.

KEY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

1. Minimum 10 -12 years experience in Financial services of which atleast 5 – 6 years in the Private banking/Private wealth space with a strong base of client relationships at the ultra High Networth individuals/families.

2. Effective and clear communication both oral and written, Persuasive – selling skills
