Job Description:

Role: Head of Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Bangalore

Years of Experience: 10+ Years of Enterprise Sales [6 yrs of Cyber Security Sales Mandatory]

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and result oriented sales professional, who thrives in presenting & closing deals at board level, comfortable working in a startup ecosystem, be a hands on leader, establishes & maintains partnership and alliances with larger companies, designs value creating business models for customers, willing to set up & groom sales & marketing organization thus taking complete responsibility from lead generation to deal closure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Owns sales, marketing and business development in India and across the world (US & EU).

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual & quarterly sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Generate leads through marketing efforts, drive accounts through the sales pipeline to closure.

- Interact at board & senior executive level meetings.

- Strategize and execute alliances and partnership strategy by building and grooming relationship with global SIs, consulting firms and MNCs.

- Build value-added relationships and lead solutions sales campaigns within large accounts.

- Own customer relationship across the life cycle from pre-sales to post sales.

- Identify critical customer objections and work with internal teams to address them, thus closing deals quickly.

- Align content marketing, participate in industry events, global remote sales.

- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the sales and marketing automation platforms.

- Need to travel for customer engagements and marketing events.

Required Skills:

- Proven sales navigation and relationship building capability in complex enterprise sales.

- Ability to consistently exceeding revenue targets.

- Passion to quickly learn new and emerging area like Privacy and present it in simple and impactful language to audience at different levels of an enterprise.

- Collaborate with various internal teams and partners in delivering great experiences to enterprise customers.

- Has ability or willing to build ability to understand data centric business models and propose compliance centric solutions. (preferred)

- Exposure to start up ecosystem. (preferred)

Educational Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's degree / MBA.
