Pristyn Care - Senior Manager - Operations

Job Description:

- Manage operations division and work with management team on enhancing profitability and efficiency

- Manage individual team leads to achieve process driven outcomes

- Manage E-commerce fulfillment from order acquisition to last mile delivery replete with cost structures and time lines

- Inventory management, supply chain planning, warehouse management and budgeting

Minimum Requirements:

- Comprehensive understanding of E-commerce operations

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with leading e-commerce platforms, OMS/WMS softwares etc.

- Good leadership and people management skills

- Experience in end-to-end process management
