Pristyn Care - Manager - Financial Control

Responsibilities :

- Financial reporting: Provide weekly/monthly financial reports.

- Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliances, and accurate bookkeeping. Monitor the preparation and maintenance of ledgers

- Accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting in adherence to applicable GAAP/Ind AS

- Co-ordinate month end close process including Trial Balance and Schedules review.

- Taxation and audits: Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation. Liaise with external, internal, and statutory auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials

- ERP implementation: Initiate and oversee the complete ERP implementation with SAP/Navision/Oracle, etc based on the right solution for company level requirements

- Treasury management - Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions and return from the investment of idle funds

- A primary point of contact for banking relationships

- Manage due-diligence, and funding related documentation.

- Preparation and implementation for control procedures w.r.t business functions/new business lines

The platform claims to have over 100+ in-house super-specialty surgeons with expertise in general surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, vascular, and cosmetic surgeries. Procedures are performed using advanced laser and laparoscopic techniques; the company claims to have successfully performed 10,000+ surgeries till date.
