Key Responsibilities :

Business growth is the central support system to business that works closely with leadership on strategy and business planning to deliver on organizational goals.

As an Leadership Growth, the candidate's key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Monthly/quarterly/annual business planning: Demand, HR, Supply etc.

- Review and control key business metrics and provide visibility to business leaders.

- Support business leaders in day-to-day operations.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to meet business needs.

- Lead organization level projects for future growth.

- Lead Business operations process improvement projects.

Skills :

- Strong business acumen

- Strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong communication skills

- Go-getter attitude and ready to get hands dirty to deliver on requirements

Experience :

- Minimum 4 Yrs

- Program management experience

- Led Mid-high level multi-stakeholder projects

- Direct experience of sales or operations
