Job Description :

- Understanding of the manpower requirements.

- Managing a team of 2-3 TA associates.

- Responsible for team and self targets.

- Sourcing of CV's from various channels like Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Proles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's,

- Analyze requirements according to the specification mentioned by the Organization

- Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the client's requirements.

- Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation.

- Organizing interviews for candidates

Job Specification :

- Prospective candidate should have worked in a fast-paced start-up.

- Must have prior leadership hiring experience.

- Should be willing to go extra mile to fulfil organizational hiring objectives.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
