Key Responsibilities:
As an Leadership Growth, the candidate's key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Monthly/quarterly/annual business planning: Demand, HR, Supply etc.
- Review and control key business metrics and provide visibility to business leaders.
- Support business leaders in day-to-day operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to meet business needs.
- Lead organization level projects for future growth.
- Lead Business operations process improvement projects.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 Yrs
- Program management experience
- Led Mid-high level multi-stakeholder projects
- Direct experience of sales or operations
- Preferred from tier-I engineering college - IIT's, NIT's, BITS, DTU, IIM.
