Finance Manager (Internal Controls) Qualification : - CA or Masters degree from prominent university in Accounting & Finance. - Having Big 4 firms experience will be advantage with minimum experience of 2 years. The candidate will be responsible for : Internal Controls Evaluation : - Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements. - Monitor and evaluate the adequacy of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. - Work with management to design and implement effective internal control system. Risk Management : - Identify and assess the key risk facing the organisation. - Assist in development and implementation of Risk management strategies. - Conduct risk based Audits to evaluate the organisation risk management practices. Accounts and Other Roles responsibilities : - Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financials (IGAAP & IndAS) on monthly and annual basis. - Controlling General Ledgers activities by scrutinising the ledgers accounts periodically and ensure compliances. - Review and Presentation of MIS reports on monthly basis.
