Pristyn Care - Assistant General Manager - Medical Operations

Role: Operations-Medical Directorate

Experience Level: 10-15 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

1.Build strong Operational SOPs and set a robust process for cross functions.

2.Work very closely with the Business Team, Insurance Team, City operations, Technology and product team as a Business partner.

3. Co own NPS targets at a company level and steer improvements in patient experience through collaborative partnerships with other stakeholders.

4.Transformation of complete medical infra, infra occupancy, infra branding and maximize infra efficiency.

5.Work with Technology and Product teams and provide inputs to build the platform/backend for seamless operations.

6.Monitor the operational performance of the business, track cash flow, and value chain costs/revenue on a periodic basis- Responsible for overall revenue management at the city level.

7. Work closely with Senior Management across departments from each business line to develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will measure and guide the company's performance.

8.Influence key stakeholders across the organization to deliver the P&L.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's /Master's degree in Hospital Administration.

2. Over 10-15 years hands on professional experience in managing healthcare operations for complex ecosystems and pan India operations.

3. Experience in working with healthcare is mandatory.

4. Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, customer service/excellence, SOP defined, and Team management- Excellent Reporting and Business Analytical Skills.

5.Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines.

6. Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
