About Company and Product Offering :

Prismforce(www.prismforce.com) is a vertical SaaS company targeted towards tech/IT services industry and tech talent organizations in enterprises, solving their most critical sector specific problems such as talent supply chain. The product suite is powered by artificial intelligence designed to accelerate business impact e.g. improved profitability and agility, by digitizing core vertical workflows underserved by custom applications and typical ERP offerings.

Prismforce aspires to be the #1 industry SaaS platform for tech services and tech talent organizations. We have our product live at with Unicorn IT service companies and are already seeing terrific momentum on sales & with top notch VCs/investors - likely to go for a series A soon.

Prismforce founding team is comprised of deep domain and product management experts McKinsey, Amazon,Uber alums, complimented by IITian technology enthusiasts and designers with a passion to reimagine this space with distinctive products.

We have raised a significant seed round with a couple of serial entrepreneurs, founders of Citiustech - Rizwan Koita and Jagdish Moorjani who are also mentors to us. Both of them are ex IITB MIT and have a solid track record of value creation having created a unicorn from scratch

We are also supported by a few more angels of repute e.g. Senior partners of McKinsey US, ex CXO of global IT companies, Head of a leading global PE.

Founders :

Somnath Chatterjee : B. Tech( IIT Kgp) , PGDM (IIM Calcutta), ex McKinsey Partner Mr. Somnath Chatterjee is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Prismforce. Prior to this he spent 14 years at McKinsey co leading Mckinsey Digital in India and was part of global leadership serving IT services companies. He led consulting engagements for 30+ IT services & software companies in US, Continental and Eastern Europe, Japan & India across strategy, growth, delivery moderinization.

He also worked extensively with PE players and strategic investors and led diligence, integration efforts for some of the largest deals in this space. He is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur and did his MBA from IIM Calcutta. He has stints at TCS India and Merrill Lynch London as well prior to McKinsey

Mohd Qasim: B. Tech( IIT Kgp) , PGDM (IIM Bangalore), ex McKinsey, Caterpillar

Mr. Mohd Qasim is a Co-Founder and oversees product and customer success at Prismforce. He led 15+ strategy and delivery modernization & talent supply chain improvement efforts at multiple global IT services and BPO clients while at McKinsey and Company. He also had stints at Caterpillar working on supply chain optimisation

Engineering lead: Ranajit Bhattacharjee B.Tech (IIT Kgp) , ex Infosys

Ranajit leads Engineering at Prismforce. He led multiple outsourced product development and digital projects with US and European retail and logistics clients while at Infy for 18 years. He is deep in cloud native application development and data engineering. He also understands the domain very well having seen it first hand while at Infosys

Product Lead: Tej Pratap B.Tech (IIT Kgp) , PGDM (IIMA) ex Amazon, Mckinsey

Tej was a senior Product Manager at Amazon. Prior to this he spent 5+ years at McKinsey driving digital transformations at enterprises and leading people supply chain and delivery transformations at leading IT services players in India US and Europe. Tej is a gold medalist from IIT Kanpur an was an industry scholar at IIM Ahmedabad

Customer success lead: Sanket Kadam BE (MU) MBA (SIBM) ex McKinsey, HRS, TCS

Sanket has expertise of leading large scale delivery modernization and change programs while at McKinsey. He has served 20+ IT/BPO companies across multiple topics, in particular around creating an agile people supply chain function. he has also spent few years on tech and product roles at global tech companies and was recently working for HRS, a German software company on product and client management roles

The company has a suite of AI led software products such as

- SkillPrism creates a skill centric social network to capture intrinsic tech skills and then guide employees towards upskilling and specializations through gamification, aligning individual aspirations with market needs. This is already live

- Intelliprism automates and standardizes the order to fulfill value chain from demand to capture multifactor AI enabled searches enabled by configurable rules engine. This is already live

- Insightprism is its AI driven intelligence platform that enables critical business decisions and identify patterns and next best actions. This is already live

- Outlookprism solves the complex demand and supply forecast issues faced by tech talent organizations facing increased volatility to digital uptick & the war for talent. This is under development

Tech Roadmap and AWS Support Plan

We are extensively using AWS,Node.js, Angular as our tech & cloud backbone.

What You'll Do :

When you become a part of Prismforce, you are being a part of a team that will frequently mentor you to grow as an expert. The leadership team is a strong believer of team strength and will guide you to be a part of a high performing team.

We are looking for highly driven individuals with experience in product/technology/startups who are in/willing to relocate to Mumbai/ Bangalore in the next 6-9 months.

Responsibilities :

- Work independently and directly with clients to gather requirements, design, build and support Prismforce integrations for client's business use cases

- Understand and provide integrations solutioning for Prismforce skill matrix module.

- Efficiently manage work efforts between multiple clients

- Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple integration use-cases

- Oversee product configuration, including imports, templates and more.

- Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout project work

- Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.

- Partnering with the Operations Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.

- Promptly assist with any customer support requests.

- Set and manage client expectations within the agreed contractual agreements.

- Provide integration support, troubleshooting for existing integrations

Basic Qualifications :

- BE/B.Tech or any graduate with a Computer Science background.

- Proven ability to learn quickly - both technical skills and functional ERP concepts

Candidate Specification :

- 4-5 years of experience in a client facing role (Internal client or External client)

- Strong interest in collaborative work with clients

- Exposure to ERP systems and fundamental concepts is a plus

- Exposure to APIs (RESTful, SOAP), JSON, XML, ETL is a plus

- Strong and proven problem-solving skills and the desire to understand how things work

- Desire to learn about technology and cloud applications

- Excellent communication (written and oral)

- Expertise in project-management and exceptional resolution skills.

- Able to think on your feet, and is highly self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.

- Has a thorough understanding of the implementation process and thinking ahead before each required step
