Prismforce - Associate Product Manager

The company is founded by alumni from IIT/IIM/MIT with top consulting background and deep domain experience in chosen area. About the role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Prismforce and its features across primary market segments

Requirement :

- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent from a premier institute, 3+ years of experience in Product Management, or Product Engineering, preferably in B2B SaaS space

- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

- Highly effective cross-functional team management

- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product strategies

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Location: Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai in 6-9 months
