Job Purpose
- New Seller Acquisition, Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understand the products and services offered by Prione and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
2. Help define the seller base and industry verticals we target using local knowledge.
3. Identify valuable sellers and selection for Prione.
4. Acquire retailers with the valuable selection and establish long-term partnerships.
5. Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic training.
Job Specifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
Experience
1. More than 1+ years of experience in sales
2. Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
3. Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
4. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
5. Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
6. Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
7. Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
8. Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.
9. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
