PrintStop is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager for North location.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining Sales Funnel
- Meeting & acquiring new customers through own networks as well as through leads provided by the company
- Maintaining & managing the leads file / CRM and ensuring that customers move up the Sales Funnel
- Ensure timely emails, calls, meetings, follow-up with customers to give them information about PrintSmart PRO
- Meet prospective customers and identify influencers, users, decision-makers, detractors within different departments of the company.
Converting & Onboarding Customers
- Understand customer requirements, do the right solutioning and provide timely quotes
- Follow up with influencers and decision-makers and convert the customers
- Maintain client master data, acquire artworks, provide samples and coordinate with tech team to make accurate customer portals once they go live
- Help onboard customers, train users and hand hold them for the first few orders
- Sign agreements, complete vendor onboarding formalities and internal customer registration with PrintStop Accounts team
Transition of account to Key Account Management, Feedback & References
- Update all qualifiers and customer-related document to handover to KAM / CS at the appropriate milestone.
- For every new account less than a year which is not handed over to KAM, be responsible for new business development in the new account
Reporting:
- Responsible for sending timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and others as defined as per SOPs to management
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in B2B Selling largely to Admin, Procurement, Marketing heads of large companies. Being in Tech Sales will be a huge advantage
Skillsets:
- Technical Skills Product knowledge Website Portal Features knowledge
Soft skills :
- Excellent Sales Skills (Opening & closing, Empathy, listening, prospecting, solutioning as per client needs)
- Great Negotiation and persistence skills
- Meticulous with Data Handling and reporting
- Is tech-savvy and an e-commerce user at a personal level
Salary offered: 7-10LPA
