We are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing enthusiast who will be heading the marketing function for us. We are a SaaS company where we have built technology solutions for large organisations to transform and digitise the order to delivery workflows.
Job Location: Elphinstone Road
Work days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
1. Building our digital marketing roadmap
2. Crafting annual marketing plan
3. Strategising and defining content strategy to ensure brand consistency across channels - website, social media, email, blogs, videos, search, etc.
4. Planning marketing campaigns and programs to acquire new users and engage and retain existing users
5. Ensuring timely delivery of the campaigns
6. Optimising campaigns to maximise results
7. Running and optimising digital ads
8. Designing website/ landing pages with clean and engaging UI/ UX
9. Liaising with Product and Sales head to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
10. Mentoring and motivating the digital marketing team to achieve goals
11. Monitoring competition and provide ideas to stand out
12. Staying up-to-date with digital technology developments
13. Staying abreast with market trends to increase our market share
14. Monitoring and optimising performance on social media and search engines
15. Building marketing collateral for the organisation
16. Measuring ROI and KPIs and preparing budget
17. Leveraging offline marketing mediums - event sponsorships, advertisements, strategic partnerships, etc.
Requirements and Skillsets:
1. 5+ years experience leading a marketing team (B2B SaaS experience will be preferred)
2. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
3. Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
4. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
5. Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM and CRM software
6. Familiarity with web design and basic HTML7. Good understanding of drip campaigns and A/B testing
8. Knowledge of handling mailing tools - Mailchimp, Sendy etc
9. Excellent analytical, project management and time management skills
10. Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
11. Graduate in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
A small part of your role will also be responsible to manage marketing for our e-commerce store built for SME customers printstop.co.in.
