Designation: Signage Manager - Pan India

Job Summary:
Signage Manager at Printo will oversee the end-to-end execution of signage projects, including customer coordination, design approvals, printing, and installation. This role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and quality assurance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Requirement Management:
- Interact with customers and the sales team to understand their signage needs, specifications, and branding requirements.
- Provide recommendations on materials, sizes, and design options based on the application.
- Ensure clear communication with clients regarding timelines, pricing, and approvals.
Printing & Production Oversight:
- Oversee the printing process, ensuring high-quality output with the correct colors, materials, and finishes.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure proper execution of customer specifications.
- Ensure that large-scale or custom signage is produced efficiently and within deadlines.
Installation & Implementation:
- Plan and manage the installation process at customer locations, ensuring proper execution.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure safety measures and adherence to local regulations.
- Troubleshoot any on-site challenges, such as structural or environmental constraints.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure all signage meets quality standards in terms of durability, visibility, and aesthetics.
- Conduct quality checks before delivery and installation.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations related to signage placement.
Vendor & Resource Management:
- Work with material suppliers, printing vendors, and installation teams to optimize cost and quality.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines to maintain profitability.
Project & Timeline Management:
- Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
- Handle urgent orders and resolve any delays or production issues.
Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution:
- Address any post-installation concerns or defects raised by customers.
- Offer after-sales support, including maintenance or modifications if needed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in signage production, large-format printing, branding, or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of printing processes, signage materials, and installation techniques.
- Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and cost control.
- Understanding of branding, color matching, and quality standards for signage.
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address production or installation challenges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality signage.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for site inspections, client meetings, and installations.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and installation crews.
