Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, data-driven Growth Marketing Professional who will drive engagement and retention of SMB businesses for Printo.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Retention & Lifecycle Management:

- Develop and execute WhatsApp and email campaigns to increase repeat purchases.

- Implement advanced segmentation techniques to personalize retention strategies.

- Set up MoEngage user journeys for different customer segments (e.g., first-time buyers, dormant customers, frequent buyers).

- Identify high-value accounts and create custom engagement plans to increase Average Cart Value (ACV).

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

- Plan and execute re-engagement campaigns for dormant and low-frequency customers.

- Optimize customer onboarding and post-purchase communication to improve long-term retention.

- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, offers and engagement strategies.

- Work with the content & design team to ensure impactful creative and messaging.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

- Analyze customer behavior, purchase trends, and retention data to optimize strategy.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like repeat purchase rate, CLV, churn rate and campaign ROI.

- Collaborate with the category and store/retail team to align retention strategies with in-store customer interactions.

Cross-Selling & Upselling Strategy:

- Develop targeted campaigns to cross-sell and upsell complementary products.

- Work with the category team to create bundling strategies based on customer purchase patterns.

- Implement loyalty and referral programs to drive organic growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years in Marketing. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with marketing tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, Webengage etc and understand user journeys and lifecycle flows.

- Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing and re-engagement strategies

- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

- Leadership: Self-starter with ownership mentality and strong problem-solving skills.

- Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused organisations, preference for someone who has worked in a high growth environment
