Educational qualifications and Experience :

- BE or MCA, with minimum total 10 years experience, of which 4 years of domain experience and 4 years of project management

- Minimum 2 years experience in managing large teams of 20-40 resources.

- Exposure to multiple technologies

- Knowledge and skills

Functional skills :

- Project management skills, like estimation, planning, monitoring and controlling, etc

- SDLC Process awareness

- Knowledge in multiple technologies

- Domain knowledge

- ODC Engagement Model
