Principal - School

- We are assisting a school in west Delhi for the role of Principal. Ideal candidate shall be working since last 3-5 Years minimum as a School Principal. The Principle shall carry out the below activities-

- To run the academics and administration of the school

- To run and manage the school and monitor the facility

- To strive for academic and overall excellence of the school

- Evaluating teachers, ensuring standardised curriculum guidelines are enforced and identifying weak areas for teacher and student improvement

- Taking part in the hiring and training of teachers and secondary staff members.

- Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for students

- Manage School admission targets and opening new franchise of junior high school.
