Principal - Sales Operations - Leading SaaS Startup
We are looking Lead Sales Operations for our client which leading SaaS Startup.
- Manage Sales Operations and Strategy which works with sales leaderships across regions to build sales strategy and plan for each region, monitor revenue realization, build dashboards for management and sales leaders to review the progress and continuously try to improve the plan
- Manage Sales CRM implementation and adoption by all stakeholders
- Manage Learning & Development requirements for the sales team via Sales Enablement
- Understand business needs and enable front line sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently
- Build a strong data analysis and reporting unit that can provide critical insights into sales process optimisations, performance metrics, training needs, territory/funnel assignment, growth forecasting and selection of CRM tools
- Collaborate with team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality
- Collaborate cross- functionally to establish reporting standards.
- Proactively interact with Sales and stakeholders to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth. Select key metrics to drive performance and ensure implementation of sales frameworks and methodologies
- Design dashboards and ensure data sanity to give real time visibility to the senior leadership
- Administer, synchronize and optimize technology stack including CRM
- Content and knowledge base management
- Own the sales incentive program ensuring that the data is correctly captured and payouts happens within the stipulated time.
