Role & Responsibilities:
- As a founding team member, responsibility will be to set up the leadership search vertical (Both Retained & Contingent) along with the Partner at XL.
- Responsible for creating a sustainable, profitable search market practice and taking care of some part of P&L of XL Advisors Professional Search vertical.
- Onboarding new clients in various sectors to originate high ticket size leadership mandates
- Work closely with the Partner to strategize, originate and execute the complete search business of XL.
- Identify the key sectors and Industry's where XL Scout can build their reach.
- Set up a team of search professionals gradually and manage their overall performance: taking daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
- Effective account management by ensuring high standards of delivery and communication Implement best client and candidate management practices across the team; Make sure the team works on continually improving the experience for client and candidates alike
