Principal - Partnership & Growth

Treemouse is a 5 year old research and design firm working across sectors - Auto, Healthcare, Edtech, Fintech & Consulting Companies - translating business challenges to relevant, impactful interventions. We bring game changing ideas that uncover the invisibles in the everyday through our deep research and design approach. Our work focuses on evolving frameworks to enable adoption of novel ideas/products/services and push for wider uptake of existing ones in the market.

This is a Core team role and has strategic responsibilities and broadly covers the following -

1. Lead the Company's vision and business development efforts to drive sustainable revenue and growth single-mindedly.

2. Work closely with internal teams to build Client specific frameworks and Strategic solutions to speed up their launch, growth or transformation mandates

3. Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to execute the Company's business strategy

3. Build extensive communication and partnerships to establish Treemouse on various platforms

4. Bring competitive insights and continuously monitor Company's progress and redesign GTM strategy.

What you'll need is :

- A solid experience in leading and driving growth & strategy in high-growth companies in partnerships/ business development roles

- Demonstrated ability to 1) Construct 2) Analyse 3) Deliver new business lines/products

- Demonstrated deal-making capability (partnerships/alliances)

- Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills

- A passion to drive impact and outcomes
