Principal Officer

- We are looking for an executive with deep expertise in the banking and financial services and proven leadership in a private or foreign bank in all aspects of retail banking operations, risk management and customer service.

- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for operations excellence, planning, program management, audit, compliance with a strong desire to win, and should be someone who maintains highest level of standards.

- The candidate should be able to understand the business and work cohesively with the group in creating and evolving the business, overseeing and ensuring overall compliance with regulatory guidelines, and in due course build revenue through customer service interactions.

- She/ he should have handled regulatory audits, and should have an appreciation for the compliance and risk requirements of the business.

- The candidate should be a mature individual with high integrity, transparent communicator and well-organised with an execution focus.

- This role has 75% focus on Operations (Account Life-cycle Processes, Fraud and Risk Management, Customer Service Operations) and 25% focus on Compliance Operations (to ensure adherence to Compliance).
