Principal Officer - Investments - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Qualification - CA and/ or MBA Finance from premier Institute

Roles & Responsibilities:

1 Segment scans for possible investments

2. Preparation of Investment memorandum and presentations on the opportunity

3. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data, detailed financial models

4. Developing detailed sector and investment reports and periodic updation

5. Work with senior team member to evaluate potential investment opportunities

6. Execute industry analysis of prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors and market share possibilities

7. Initiates the tracking of key metrics and support overall project management of including facilitation of cross functional teams for purpose of due diligence, valuation, negotiations and internal approval

Functional expertise in the following areas is desired:

1 Financial Modelling

2 Valuation Analysis

3 Due Diligence

4 Segment / Category understanding

Desired Experience:

- Exposure to Investment Banking with in-depth understanding of VC / Private Equity / M&A transactions including Commercial and Financial Due Diligence. Leading Investment Banking Mandate Sourcing and Execution in Chosen segments

- In depth understanding / Research across curated sectors covering investments & financing aspects

- Investment appraisal including strong Analytical skills including Financial modelling, Valuation.

- Preparation of Information Memo, Industry mapping/Outlook/Segment Analysis

- Lead execution of agreements, negotiations/ deal closure; Knowledge management, Team management, Thought leadership skills in the chosen sector

- Exposure in Growth Stage Ventures desired not essential
