- The Principal Officer will lead the strategic direction, business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance of our client.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and implement a robust strategic vision for the insurance broking business, focusing on life, health, motor, and general insurance.
2) P&L Management & Financial Performance: Take ownership of the company's financial performance, ensuring all business units achieve revenue and profitability targets.
3) Board Management & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the key liaison between the Board of Directors and executive leadership, providing transparent updates on strategy, performance, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven senior executive experience in the insurance broking industry, with expertise in life, health, motor, and general insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance market dynamics.
