Principal - Investment - Electronics/Semi-Conductors Sector - PE Fund

One of the clients, a PE fund is looking for a Principal.

- This person will lead the role of technical evaluation of potential investee companies.

- Will review the products & companies in electronics/semi-conductor space from a technical perspective and advise the investment committee on future growth potential, profitability & sustainability of the product or company in the industry.

- Role will also play a crucial role in managing portfolios from technical stand point after the investment is made.

- Will ensure that right decision are made and implemented in portfolios regarding the product manufacturing, quality management, technical operations etc.

Required Candidate profile :

- 10 years plus exp

- Must have worked in or looked at investments from Electronics / Semi conductors industry

- Must have very strong technical know how of this industry

- Must be aware of new products, innovations & trends in the industry

- Prefer someone who has closely looked at the operations of a company in such manufacturing

- Must do critical technical evaluation
