The school Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for :

- Implementing policies designed and approved by the board

- Adhering to regulations and procedures as laid out by the government & other regulatory bodies

- Ensuring compliance to the affiliation boards

- The performance of students & staff as defined and agreed from time to time

- Achieving academic and operational excellence requires the school Principal to decide and act independently and make decisions that have highest level of integrity together with highest levels of consciousness.

- He/She shall nurture & motivate members of the school staff and communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures and facility operations.

- From an operational freedom perspective - we believe that the Principal shall be involved in every activity of the school and shall be invited to the Society Board Meetings. Based on need and the decision of the CEO, the Principal shall be invited to meetings held by the Board, a key partner in the operations of the school.

The Principal at our client place shall work collaboratively :

- With the research team headed by the Academic Director - who will provide inputs on curriculum.

- Work with Ops and Admin Director regarding Schedules, Dining, Transport, Safety and Security.

- The CEO of "our client company" on Strategy, Marketing & Branding, HR and Finance.

Additional Info :

- Shall be Post Graduate in Education and / or Philosophy, Education Management or equivalent from a reputed university

- Shall be a first-class / rank holder throughout his/her career

- Willing to work in Hyderabad

- Compensation will match the best in the Industry.
