About the Role :

- This role is a compelling opportunity to create the start-up from scratch and define its vision and culture. Incubator will be the face of the company, and the primary focus is to create the start-up, build out the business and convert it into a full-fledged organization

Responsibilities :

1. Firm up the Target B2C Opportunity

2. Collaborate with Promoter, Investor, Stakeholders for generating insights and screen the ideas, firm up one and then develop it further

3. Ideate using insights and create a strategy

4. Build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Skills :

1. Entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for new opportunities - at the same time being highly focused, organized, driven, and results-oriented

2. Understand and communicate the bigger picture

3. Ability to balance priorities and give direction by knowing the detail on what matters

4. Ability to mobilize diverse stakeholders, shape the ecosystem and harness the collective intelligence of the ecosystem

5. Strong acumen and control over financials/P&L/revenue growth as Business owner

6. Either would have been advisor to a startup or Cofounder of another or have been business manager for high growth business

7. Has fronted initiatives in organizations where business has gone digital viz. Fintech, FMCG etc
