Principal HR Consultant MBA HR 1996 -2002 Batches Mumbai Based
- MBA HR Full time 2 years degree in HR from Tier I/II reputed HR Institutes with 12 -15 years Business + HR experience preferred. Experience in organization development, learning and development, and/or selection and assessment technologies
Experience:
- High level consulting experience with managing complex organizational interventions resulting in improved business results
- Selecting and developing a team to provide integrated business solutions
- Designing effective solutions for complex client problems across solution sets
- Managing complex, enterprise-wide projects
- Influencing multiple executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting key sales opportunities to close and ensuring expansion and penetration of revenue within client relationships
- Proven experience in Business Development, Revenue Generation, Expansion, Penetration,
Initially an Individual Contributor role for 6 to 10 months. Rewarding career path for the right incumbent will be to lead the consulting practice within a year. It is a Pan India role. Travelling is required for 7-10 days a month
Knowledge
- Thought leadership regarding HR systems, OD practices, and Org solutions to client business needs
- Expert knowledge of pricing and project tracking processes for cost and profitability
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools & processes
- Minimum 15 years of Business + HR experience preferred. Experience in organization development, learning and development, and/or selection and assessment technologies
- MBA, MA, PhD
