About our Client - Our Client is one of the world leading information, services and technology in the healthcare space. They are dedicated towards connecting knowledge to help client improve patient outcome and operate efficiently. Their customers include pharmaceuticals, medical devices and all other healthcare service providers. They are looking for a Principal to be based out of the Mumbai office.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country Principal, your responsibilities will include Engaging with Client CEOs and Senior Management to generate awareness about the organization through the Sales of consulting engagement

- Develop business development plan and deliver the targeted profitability, pricing the proposals right and ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery

- Oversee the engagements sold and ensure high quality delivery that lead to good client satisfaction scores

- Contribute to the enhanced awareness through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc

- Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing

- Mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA from Premier B School with 15 + years experience in the consulting domain. You have indepth and strong relationships with client companies, especially at senior level management. You have significant knowledge in one of the centres of excellence (strategy, pricing & market access, brand & commercial excellence, competitive intelligence or HEOR) and are well known in the industry. You posses exemplary Business Development Skills
