Principal - Financial Reporting & Compliance (Accounting, Finance, Taxation process outsourcing)

Location - Noida

About the Role:

- Spearheading the team spread across locations. Facilitating long term growth strategy and identifying business development opportunities in said service line.

What you'll do:

- Responsible for leading Financial Reporting and Compliance team and Business Development for the practice

- Responsible for creation of visibility of the practicing., thought leadership, speaking engagements, representing the practice in webinars etc.

- Nurture client relations at senior level (to have excellent communication skills)

- Support in driving implementation of strategy or business plans developed for the practice

- Handling and mentoring team members working in the practice, train them and groom them with a defined growth path

- Work with internal as well as external stakeholders in a collaborative manner

- Handle a minimum team size of 15-20 members

- Managing client escalations if any

- Role defined above could be tailored based on future development in practice.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for a CA professional with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience

- Experience of working with/for corporate clients (across industries/sectors) is preferred, consulting experience is must & e-commerce sector is preferable.

- Strong command over areas like Finance controllership, Finance and Budgeting, Audit liaising and closure, Tax compliances, GAAPs (applicable in India, IFRS), complex ERPs & Tally is must.

- Should have a solution oriented and positive approach along with a dynamic personality and a passion of problem solving

- Should possess the ability to understand client needs and deliver them with quality

- Should be flexible to travel

- Prior experience in managing a team of around 10-15 Associates spread across locations is a must
