Position: Principal, Engagement Manager, Project Leader - Digital Transformation Practice

Qualifications:

- Graduate Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background.

Experience:

- 4-12+ years of post MBA experience for Engagement Manager level.

- Should have worked in Digital Transformation projects and Digital Strategies on business side, revenue / cost improvement.

The incumbent should have:

Strong strategy / planning exposure

Business processes using digital technology and / or business analytics e.g. Pricing / business rules management tool, involvement in the implementation of B2B customer interaction portal

Good exposure to operations management and strategy concepts

Role:

- The candidate would be required to work on Digital Transformation projects with our client as consulting partners in strategy projects.

- The candidate would be responsible for total project deliveries of one or multiple projects at a time and manage client interaction.

- The candidate would also be responsible for business development and expected to contribute to branding, knowledge & organisational initiatives of Tata Strategic

- The position would be reporting into Practice Head - Digital Technology Practice.

- The candidate would be required to work across verticals & across geographies.

- Candidate must be willing to travel

- The position would be based out of Mumbai
