Principal Digital Solutions Consultant

Exp: 15+years

Location: Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

- Responsible as the single point connect for Location Leadership.

- Steering committee meetings, updates, and attendance.

- Develop and implement Location digital transformation strategy, aligned to Asia Digital Strategy,

in consultation with Location Leaders.

- Drive adoption of digital initiatives across Locations with support from Location Leaders.

- Support Location-wide and across cross-pollination of ideas and solutions.

- Organize and implement programs and workshops to foster digital literacy among employees And To Enhance Their Digital Skills And Capabilities.

- Wherever applicable develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external

stakeholders to advance digital enablement goals.

- Facilitate the drive for a data-driven culture within the Location.

- Monitor and action on key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics at location level.

- Continuous engagement with Office leadership teams to promote a culture of innovation and

embracing new digital tools and technologies.

- Attend Location level meetings as DE representative.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Previous experience in General Management within a group operating environment with minimum 15 years of experience with Engineering degree.

- An understanding of the expectations and requirements of stakeholders at all levels.

- The ability to achieve performance outcomes by employing direct and indirect influencing and leadership skills within operations and across various locations.

- Experience in integrating cultures within regional operations.

- Good understanding of Project execution process and operations, exposure to standard tools and digital solutions.

- Any customisation in software (familiarity with any software language) environment is an added advantage.
