Hiring for Principal / Dean of IB School :

Role Purpose :

- The Principal / Dean is a key leadership position at this International School, Mumbai.

- The role encompasses comprehensive leadership and management of school staff, academic curricula, and co-curricular programs.

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Principal / Dean will include, but are not limited to :

- Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment

- Personnel Supervision

- Student Affairs

- Parent and Community Relations

- Effective monitoring of school MIS & reports

- Effective recruitment and training of school staff.

Job Specification :

Qualification :

- A B.Ed. degree; additional qualifications are welcome.

Experience :

- At least 10 years as a Vice Principal/Principal/Head of School in an international curriculum school (IB/IGCSE) in India or abroad.
