Job Description :

The Client is looking for experienced executives who have championed or consulted for growth in their organizations.

Responsibilities :

- Build a startup consulting business

- Drive key account relationships with C-level decision makers

- Project Manage growth assignments

- Analyze macro-trends and consumer insights and recommend optimal strategies to customers.

- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of advise and support.

- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work

- Manage matrixes/multiple relationships across our different op cos. within the company's network

Minimum Qualification

- B.tech or MBA degree from a premium college

- 10-15 years of work experience in scaling up a businesses OR in Consulting OR a combination

Ideal Candidate

- Premium school

- Worked with one of the big consulting firms

- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals

- Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential

- The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for the category.

- We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully managed teams and shown problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
