A Principal Consultant at Spring is expected to manage and develop candidate and client relationships in order to generate business for the company. Reporting to Business Director, the key role responsibilities include:
1. Candidate Management:
- Interviewing and registering candidates
- Developing and managing candidate pool/portfolio to include attracting new candidates via Networking, Job boards, Recommendation rewards, and Headhunting where appropriate.
- Maintaining call cycles for selected specialist pool of candidates.
- Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed candidates including placement administrators and aftercare.
- Attracting senior level candidates.
- Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications
- Searching internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies.
- Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, taking client and candidate feedbacks.
- Managing client offers to candidates
- Participation in networking events.
2. Client Management:
- Appreciate and understand client's needs, goals and how they are affected by the market trends.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visit and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
- Generate Client information.
- Produce individual client strategies.
- Involvement in business strategy, via consultation.
- Be the target contact from top management.
3. Business Generation:
- Headhunting and networking to develop Spring brand and reputation.
- Participating in marketing events.
- Conduct sales call in order to introduce Spring services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients.
- Ability to develop accounts from new to reliable.
- Identify and win new business.
- Ability to execute a business plan.
4. Essential Experience:
- Sales/Business development or recruitment experience (8 to 10 years).
- Proven ability to acquire new business
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Target driven
