- Senior and hands-on organizational change management skills from previous project engagements including at least three global transitions to a new service provider
- Experience driving multiple projects from an OCM point of view with a positive change mindset as part of a complex organization with a high number of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience defining and driving an OCM strategy, while at the same time being swift and pragmatic in translating the strategy into tactical measures that are being executed
- Great organizational skills are mandatory; project management background advantageous
- Experience defining and establishing Teams Sites
- Experience executing change impact interviews and analysis with key stakeholders, producing detailed assessment and delivering executive summary for case for change
- Experience with stakeholder engagement activities and change communications best practices in the marketplace.
- Proven experience in project and time management to produce deliverables or solutions in an iterative, agile manner (allowing for time for client, peer and leaders to give input and refine over a time period prior to due date)
- Proven experience in preparing for and facilitating effective sessions (internal and client facing)
- Experience with creating OCM initiative Issue logs, resolution strategies and governance models
- Experience partnering with Learning to communicate End User Training processes and programs and integrating them with overall OCM approach
- At least seven (7) years professional experience and at least three (3) years sourcing transition experience
- Graduate degree in the field of Communications, Organizational Change Management, Human Resource Management, Business or another related field
