- 12 - 15 years of post MBA experience (preferably from 2002 - 2004 batch)
Previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be necessary and experience should preferably cover the following :
- Organization Structure
- Competency Mapping & Assessment
- Talent Management
- Performance Appraisal Management
- Candidate should have lead atleast one HR transformation project
- Should have managed and led a team of professionals and delivered results
Role:
Business Development :
- Setting & achieving business development goals of Practice in line with organizational goals
- Expansion of Practice across new clients and geographies
- Building network and relationship with clients
- Design and introduce new offerings in the area of organization effectiveness & plan business development efforts around them accordingly
- Collaborating with other Practices for client acquisition and account development / farming
People Management :
- Overall people management, motivation & morale in own Practice Team (Advisors, Domain Expert, etc.)
- Employee alignment to organization goals through regular communication & interaction with Practice members
- Implementing people policies and practices - Eg. recruitment, appraisals, etc aimed at people development and retention
Project Management :
- Monitoring and reviewing project planning, execution, resource utilization
- Ensuring quality and conceptual rigor across the Practice
- Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction
Consulting Process -
- Contribute significant value as a thought leader, providing strategic perspectives, insights and cutting-edge solutions
- Strong conceptual knowledge coupled with a good understanding of business realities to recommend/advise implementable strategic and organizational interventions to clients.
- Required to work across geographies and hence must be willing to travel.
- The individual will hold P&L responsibility and be responsible for the profitable growth of the Practice. .
- The position would be based in Mumbai.
