Principal Consultant – KPO ( Healthcare / Life Sciences ) for a Leading UK BPO in Mumbai

Manage the India operations for Health /Pharma “ Outcomes Research and Market Access divisions “ through high quality, timely services. Create and enhance stakeholder relations through value added services.

Build the healthcare domain and explore new business opportunities. Contribute adequately to qualitative desk research and the preparation of a range of appropriate outputs suitable for delivery as standalone projects or as contributing components of other projects

Primary Responsibilities

- Line management

- Define new business needs

- Recruit and facilitate training for highly skilled analytical teams

- Manage and oversee progress of India team

- Ensure high-quality, client-satisfied project delivery

- Create and maintain stakeholder relations

- Contribute to business plan and initiatives

- Explore new business opportunities

- Sustain business and help the team grow in skills and numbers

- Mentor and retain people

- Contribute to the projects through expert review of documents and providing guidance on projects

Experience: 7.5-9 yrs experience; 5-6 years of relevant experience
