- Responsible for handling a range of complex HR projects and issues (employee experience, organisation transformation, leadership development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, business change)
- Partner with clients, taking ownership of their HR issues and initiatives, and work to resolve these to ensure that best possible outcomes are achieved for the client.
- Experience in employee engagement, Surveys, people analytics or talent management practices in the HR domain
- Must have experience of working in a consulting environment handling multiple projects and client relationships
- Knowledge of employee research principles, processes, and other inquiry methods such as Focus Groups, ethnography and Interviews.
- Working knowledge of statistics and primary research experimental design
- Familiarity with various survey and analysis platforms and tools: Qualtrics, SPSS
- Master's degree preferably in social sciences, organizational psychology, economics, econometrics or
- Master's in business administration with specialization in HR from tier 1 or 2 schools
