Principal Consultant - HealthCare - Medical Devices- 10-15 years

The incumbent will lead complex projects in Digital Health, Medical Devices, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, and Clinical Diagnostics research consulting space.

Location: Mumbai and Chennai

Responsibilities:

Client Leadership:

1. Serving as the Engagement leader for simultaneous engagements to ensure high levels of quality, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. Becoming personally involved in engagements where necessary to mitigate risk.

2. Developing expertise at establishing new executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at new prospective clients

Engagement and Team Management:

3. Responsible for engagement and team management.

4. Ensure adherence to internal project management SOP's

5. Working closely with the team to meet their respective revenue fulfillment targets from a delivery standpoint.

6. Qualifying, aligning and advising clients to achieve their desired outcomes.

7. Responsibility for opportunity and funnel management activities to build and delivery sufficient orders and backlog to the business.

8. Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded

Requirements:

1. Should possess relevant experience of 10+ years.

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, Master's degree preferred.

3. Professional work experience in medical technologies, digital health, medical imaging and diagnostics, consulting, strategy development, manufacturing or related field is required.

4. Strong expertise and understanding of the medical devices and diagnostics industry and major trends in the MESA region in which client projects are delivered.

5. High level of energy, commitment, and passion for Healthcare & Life Sciences.

6. Open to travel within India, GCC and rest of Middle East for work.
