Summary: Seeking an experienced consulting professional with over 8 years of expertise in project management within the healthcare and life sciences sector. Demonstrated capabilities as a trusted business advisor in senior management settings, along with a commitment to mentoring and coaching junior consultants.

Responsibilities:

- Work experience in medical technologies, digital health, medical imaging and diagnostics, consulting, strategy development, manufacturing or related field is required.

- Consulting: Leading multiple projects to ensure top-notch quality, client satisfaction, and employee contentment. Jumping in when needed to reduce risks.

- Building strong relationships with key people at potential clients.

- Managing projects and teams, following internal processes, and helping teams meet revenue goals.

- Establishing high-level connections with decision-makers and acting as a liaison for executive-level communication.

- Staying updated on client challenges and guiding solutions.

- Business Development: Identifying business opportunities, advising clients, and shaping their needs based on industry knowledge.

- Handling opportunity and pipeline management to secure orders.

- Ensuring client expectations are met and collaborating with a global team to deliver a great customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Should be a postgraduate

2. Should have 10+ years of experience.

3. Work experience in medical technologies, digital health, medical imaging and diagnostics, consulting, strategy development, manufacturing, or related fields is required.

4. Strong expertise and understanding of the medical devices and diagnostics industry and major trends in the MESA region.

5. Training or certification in strategy, project management, performance improvement, and change management is desired.

6. Excellent communication skills, also Arabic is an advantage

7. Open to travel within India, GCC, and the rest of the Middle East for work.
