Qualification: MBA/Postgraduate

Job Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience:

- Should have experience of working on Investment Promotion/ organizing investor summits/ outreach events/ sector promotion for at least 7 years.

- Should have experience of working with any state/central government Project of similar nature.

- Should be well versed with Investment promotion environment

- Candidate with financial background should be preferred.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Build Strategy to attract investment in the state.

- Implementation and monitoring of the Investment strategy

- Create mechanism to ensure Investment Tracking for monitoring cases from lead generation to commercial production stages.

- Undertake As- Is study of the regulatory ecosystem of the State.

- Design a blueprint for the online system for promoting and facilitating investments digitally.

- Encapsule the activities across the Investment Lifecycle such as e-meetings, recording, Lead tracker, virtual helpdesk, information on the land parcels, regulatory approvals, cost of utilities, online forms etc.

- Maintain databases of investors interfacing with different departments/ boards & corporations of Government of Chhattisgarh, before, during and after the GIS and prepare follow-up/ after-care strategies for lead conversion.

- Undertake research on a continual basis to identify potential target companies who are looking to invest and expand in the region and who should be targeted to promote the State.

- Team Handling and Client relationship management

Skills:

- Must have financial skill set

- Team Management and Client handling

- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Good report writing and presentation skill.
