Principal Consultant - Data Management & Governance - Auto

We are looking for an experienced Data Management leader for an automotive giant.

- Create a strategy and direction for how the firm can adopt best practice in disciplines of data management, governance & quality

- Collaborate with stakeholders from TQC, D&A and Operations to design and institute appropriate data management frameworks effectively manage data across the group companies

- Implement data management practices per the change program to systematically improve data health across the group

- Define data sharing principles and policies across the group and help create monetization potential of data within and beyond the group

- Ensure best practice processes for data management and governance are adopted across the group

- Develop a model to measure the quality and value of data management practices. Regularly communicate and share business benefits, commercial value and further opportunities

- Project manage communities of practitioners and external partners to deliver the data management goals and programs

Requirements :

- 10-15 years of developing and implementing effective data management and governance processes

- Six Sigma and TQM education/experience

- Significant experience of data management and governance best practices in multinational organizations and/or service organizations with diverse industries. Prefer candidates with data management experiences in automotive and financial services

- Prefer candidates with exposure to modern data engineering and data science practices
