- Partner with Clients to get an outlook on their strategic and hiring needs.
- To source candidates for Clients in highly specialized positions at the CXO levels.
- Devise and carry out research and hiring strategy. Research on Clients company, competitors and market place.
- Mapping role criteria and job / role description.
- Tracking and sourcing prospective candidates through various channels.
- Interview / assess candidates to find out competence and cultural fit. Conduct background checks for the shortlisted candidates.
- Presenting profiles of the shortlisted candidates.
- Facilitation of the negotiation process through to completion.
- Follow up with Clients to facilitate candidates onboarding.
- Manage the search with Clients efficiently and effectively so as to close the mandate / position and ensure candidate joins the Client.
- Deep understanding of recruitment process and knowledge of candidate selection methods with strict adherence to Client deliveries.
- Ensuring candidate database management is updated in system.
Requirements:
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management High on integrity.
- Business acumen and goal oriented.
- Excellent project management and multi tasking skills, 8-15 years in similar role
- MBA / PG in any stream having 10-15 years in similar role
Report to : Associate partner / Business Head
