About our Client - Our client is a leading software based multinational. With strong operations around the world, they are looking for a senior recruiter to be based in Delhi and manage Leadership Hiring for their US counterpart. You must be willing to work in a shift for this role (6pm - 3am)
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with US office division heads across the organization to determine hiring needs within leadership, and develop a tailored recruiting strategy specific to each position
- Extensively source and meticulously assess candidates
- Make recommendations to senior management on candidate viability and hiring decisions
- Research and evaluate all relevant recruiting channels for advertising positions and sourcing targeted candidates
- Apply thorough knowledge of full life cycle recruiting to fill positions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
The Successful Candidate - You will come with 7-10 years of specialist recruitment experience having spent at least 3 years in international leadership hiring for the US.
