Principal Civil Engineer/Project Manager/Project Engineers

Requirements and Responsibilities :

- Candidates must be a Chartered Professional Engineer (MICE or equivalent) and have a flexible approach to work location.

- Proven experience of leading and managing design teams on complex multi-disciplinary projects.

- Be a technically excellent engineer, with minimum 7 years- experience in project management, design and construction.

- Good working knowledge of relevant design standards and software

- Proven experience in developing projects from concept to construction stage within a multi-disciplinary environment

- Ability to work with and manage, focused project teams including design centre resources and wider project teams geographically spread across Canada

- Experience and ability to manage and develop civil design capability. Ability to mentor and train, junior team members, offering support and guidance.

- Commercially aware with ability to manage and work to budget and program to control costs and manage change control processes

- Good client and stakeholder relationship skills.

- Will act as first point of contact for clients, contractors, design team and third parties, building client relationships and helping to identify business opportunities
