Position Title: Principal

Principal for a new 10+2 school coming up in a 5 Acre land parcel in sector 50, Gurugram. The new school shall be a 10+2 school affiliated to CBSE and shall follow a progressive curriculum. The incumbent shall be the champion of start up and shall set the pace for the time to come.

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Overall set up, Academic Leadership and Administration of the school.

2. Shall form a team and establish the culture of the school.

3. Shall set benchmarks with the best in the sector internationally.

4. In due course of time the school may affiliate to International Boards also.

5. Over responsibility of the school's academic and general administration

6. Responsible for the Safety and Security of the students, staff and the building infrastructure.

7. Responsible to innovate creative ways and work in accordance with the best practices in the School Education sector and help the school to lead by example.

8. Work towards the enhancement of the performance of the school in terms of:

a) Over all academic as well as extra co-curricular results.

b) Best infra-structure in accordance with best practices in place, to provide safe and secure premises to the students and staff associated with the school.

c) Innovative & creative teaching methodology

d) Acceptance by the parents as a good school

e) Best platform to work, for aspiring and good teachers

f) A School known for excellent governance.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: Masters Degree or Higher Degree from a recognised university, along with B.Ed / M.Ed or teaching Diploma in Education.

2. Age Limit: Shall be in the Age Group of 45 - 55 yrs.

3. Experience required: 15 - 20 years. Min 5 years of experience in the school's administrative jobs.

4. Must be familiar with Education rules and regulations of CBSE and Directorate of Education, Haryana

5. Must have consistent performance record in the current role.

6. Must possess the qualities of a creative leader with an enthusiasm to work towards the continuous progress and brand building of the school.

7. Shall establish a culture of creativity and constant improvisation.

8. Shall lead from the front, shall interface with various stake holders.

9. Shall be managerially competent to run the school and academically inclined to provide progressive instructional leadership.
