Principal Business Analyst - Credit Risk & Transaction - Bank

Role : Principal Business Analyst

Experience : 8+ years

Location : Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Domain : (3 open domains)

- Transaction/Corporate Banking/Core Banking

- Treasury with forex transaction booking

- SME/exposure to Credit Risk.

- Require candidates from each domain.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Analysis : Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Preparation of Functional Specifications and System

2. Requirement Specifications, Users guide, Preparation of Business Cases, Training Material etc.

3. Presales : Assisting Presales team in responding to RFP, demo and POC.

4. Sales : Assisting Sales/ Presales team in preparation of sales collateral.

5. Implementation : An interface between customer and development team. Work handinhand with client as well as development team and ensure that all the requirements of customer are met

6. One should be individual as well as team player. Wherever required one should be able to implement the product independently.

7. Communication : Customer Convening capabilities with best solutions and workaround. Internal project team coordination for implementation and change request with status update.

8. Team Management : Guide to the BA team and plan for the task allocation. Ensure end to review and tracking of the task.

9. Should be able to understand business perspective of customer requirements.

10. Utilise strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps

11. Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications

12. Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.

13. Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation
