Principal Architect- Technology l

Client-One of the leading organisation in Consulting space

Reporting structure: To the Chief technology officer.

Key responsibility areas:

To play the role of Principal architect of technology at organization level with focus on strategic leadership in architecture and technology.

1) Build a team of senior architects and technologists who would focus on three dimensions – “Strategy”, “Accelerate” and “Evangelize”

2) Strategy

- Define future state technology & architecture for large customer projects and initiatives

- Strategic direction in Technology to contribute to win large deals

- Continuously work with CIOs and CTOs to being their trusted partner

- Take new service offerings to market

3) Accelerate

- Reference Frameworks to get the execution right first time around from technical perspective

- Conduct reviews and Audits for specific projects

- Form SWOT team when project in trouble to rescue it

4) Evangelize

- Develop Competency in new technology areas and enhance in current technologies

- Internal – Conduct Technology events and get project teams excited in new technologies

- Drive forums at Industry Level
